His first encounter in broadcasting business was when he was the producer on Prince Kalunda radio show in the early 80's on WNWK 105.9 . During the 80's, this was a late night show for Reggae, Calypso, and Caribbean music. Reggae, Calypso, and Caribbean was not allowed to aired in New York City during the daytime back then.
